车用尿素生产流程介绍

车用尿素液设备由预混合系统、换热系统、初过滤系统、均质系统、脱色系统、提纯系统、再生系统等组成,此运行模式为目前是国内先进成熟的汽车尿素生产设备,已进入大规模工业生产阶段。

Vehicle urea liquid equipment is composed of pre mixing system, heat exchange system, primary filtration system, homogenization system, decolorization system, purification system, regeneration system, etc. this operation mode is the domestic advanced and mature vehicle urea production equipment, which has entered the stage of large-scale industrial production.

一)汽车尿素液生产设备预混合系统:采用均匀系统,去除原料液中部分醛类,并起到均质作用。

1) Premixing system of automobile urea liquid production equipment: the homogenization system is used to remove part of aldehydes in the raw material liquid and play the role of homogenization.

二)汽车尿素液设备换热系统(可选项):调节到工艺要求温度。袋装颗粒尿素需进行升温,以便尿素颗粒更易溶解(甲方提供蒸汽)。

2) Heat exchange system of automobile urea liquid equipment (optional): adjust to the required process temperature. The bagged granular urea needs to be heated to make the urea granules more soluble (Party A provides steam).

三)车用尿素溶液生产设备初过滤及脱色系统:去除尿素中悬浮物及其它漂浮杂质,保证后道工序不受影响。脱色系统采用优质活性炭进行吸附脱色,去除尿素中其它有机物杂质,使尿素溶液更加清澈。

3) Primary filtration and decolorization system of vehicle urea solution production equipment: remove suspended solids and other floating impurities in urea to ensure that the next process will not be affected. The decolorization system uses high-quality activated carbon for adsorption and decolorization to remove other organic impurities in urea and make the urea solution clearer.

四)汽车尿素溶液生产设备精滤系统:防止脱色系统中的活性炭微粒进入后道处理工序,影响后道产品质量。

4) Automobile urea solution production equipment fine filtration system: to prevent the activated carbon particles in the decolorization system from entering the subsequent treatment process and affecting the quality of the subsequent products.

五)车用尿素提纯设备提纯系统:采用多级提纯塔方式,去除尿素溶液中的各种离子、缩二脲、磷酸根等杂质,确保产品符合中国汽车工程学会技术规范GB 29518-2013 柴油发动机氮氧化物还原剂 尿素水溶液(AUS32)标准要求。

5) Purification system of vehicle urea purification equipment: multi stage purification tower is adopted to remove various ions, biuret, phosphate and other impurities in urea solution, so as to ensure that the product meets the requirements of technical specification of China Society of automotive engineering GB 29518-2013 for nitrogen oxide reducing agent urea aqueous solution (aus32) of diesel engine.

六)汽车尿素提纯设备微滤系统:拦截生产过程中管道、储存槽、动力设备等可能产生的一些肉眼不可见的残留杂质,保证成品质量稳定可靠。

6) Microfiltration system of automobile urea purification equipment: intercept some invisible residual impurities in the pipeline, storage tank and power equipment in the production process, so as to ensure the stable and reliable quality of finished products.

七)车用尿素生产设备还原再生系统:提纯塔在工艺生产过程中逐步失效,到达一定周期需要进行还原再生处理,过程需6-8小时。经还原再生处理的提纯塔重复使用,可完全达到原生产工艺要求。每个再生周期过程中会产生2吨废水,该废水不含其它重金属,主要是PH值不符合要求。经过中和调整就可以达到环保排放标准 。

7) Reduction and regeneration system of vehicle urea production equipment: the purification tower gradually fails in the process of production, and it needs to be reduced and regenerated when it reaches a certain period, and the process takes 6-8 hours. The purification tower treated by reduction and regeneration can be reused, which can completely meet the requirements of the original production process. Each regeneration cycle will produce 2 tons of wastewater, which does not contain other heavy metals, mainly because the pH value does not meet the requirements. After neutralization adjustment, it can reach the environmental protection emission standard.
